Zaxby`s in Atlanta

My order was simple, a cobb salad with the chicken and toast on side. When they repeated my order,she said the wrong salad.(strike 1) When I got the salad, their was not enough lettuce in it. I asked for more, she gave it to me in a bread bag.(strike 2) The salad looks like it was played over. The lettuce isn't even any good.What kind of service is this. How did I not get a salad that was made correctly even after complaining that it wasn't made right and I forgot to say they left the bacon out.(strike 3) I will be calling to speak with a manager, this is unacceptable. I love my area, I just wished the ppl that worked it did too.

Havent eaten zaxby's in a while, super long line..but the young ladys got our orders out super fast and back of the house made sure it was nice & HOT!! Treasure was very nice also!! Great job ..I will be back!

I came here on April 25, 2020 and it seemed as though this WHOLE shift was ON POINT! The young lady who took my order was so polite and professional, then when I got to the window the team up front and the young lady who brought me my food was just as amazing !!! Great job today! ❤️❤️

Yes, the food is good. But the wait time is so horirble both in the car line and inside that I rarely go there anymore--just when my mother wants to eat. And when you pay online to pick up your food, thinking it'll be faster, IT'S NOT!!!! I actually ended up waiting the same time as those who were walk-ins because they didn't actually start fulfilling my order until I got there.

I love Zaxbys, if they learn to have quicker service as far as acknowledging customers upon entering they would have 5 stars

Friendly service inexpensive food

This location of Zaxby’s Chicken 🐔 has a super long line for the drive thru. That is because this location is pretty good! The salads are great here. Try the black&blue salad. The grandkids love the kids meals, especially the grilled cheese with fries. 🍟

If you go to the drive-through be prepared for a relatively long wait. If you go inside be prepared to experience the nasty attitudes from the kitchen staff when asked to rectify a mistake (which they seem to do alot ) this was my third time at this location and I love Zaxby’s but this will be the last time I ever support this location.

Food was yummy -- so glad the Zensation is back! Restaurant was clean, staff was courteous, esp the manager. Much improved from last year. Heading back next week.

No stars. I wait in the drive through way too long every time that I have to call while I'm in line. They say it's the fries, and the fries are never hot.

Being from southwest Atlanta I try to patronize restaurants in the area but it seems employment is given to the young without education. While at the window waiting to record my order. I watched the cashier recieved money, attempt to change the trash bin Sund check customers food orders all with the same gloves on. To me this is common sense, but to see the manager walk by but not correct ANY of the staffs actions let's me know I should not eat here. Plus components to my sons kids meal was missing.

The food is Great as well as the service.

Always good...i like their wing meal or the wings and things when im really hungry. My food has always been hot...im a whimp when it comes to spoce so the mild is great for me but they have hotter for those who dare

Seriously they didn't seasoned the fries or even filled up my to go plate. Also they tried to serve me old chicken I can just tell by the way it looks and taste. Never again! They always have a attitude, I know it's hot getting close to summer but you still have to apply customer service.

Enjoy but don't get there as much as I would like.

My second time at Zaxby’s. I really enjoyed the Chicken Salad

I don't know what was going on today, but I did a mobile order that said food would be ready by a certain time... Now I got there maybe a few minutes before the "order ready" time but it took a good 20+ minutes to get my food. The people ordering food when I walked in were also still waiting for food. To add to the wait some of the people working seemed to have an attitude because there were a few people asking what was taking so long for simple orders

Service was slow at the drive through, lady at window very polite and kind. My food was hot; however, no fork in bag to eat my slaw with and I didn't like the new peach fizzy drink ( (somewhat tasteless). I should have asked for catsup but I didn't, so I had none for my fries.

Horrible attitudes from the teenage employees in here they could care less about customers order or being kind! I had multiple bad incidents but I didn’t have time to write a review. Today I went there and it’s still the same so I’ll never come here again!

For the most part, u can get waited on in a timely manner @ this location. Every time me and my friend go to the movies, we eat here. The only issue is the Coca-Cola freestyle machine. It's 2 of them, and usually 1 is caked with ice. I don't think they ever clean it, because ice is always there.

The crew working this evening were efficient and great customer service..no use of profanity at the drive thru window at all..these ladies were professional

Waited for online order for over hour and a halfAsked for management no one showed up. Zero concern for customers. Very unprofessional staff. Highly disappointing in this location.

Hit and miss with pleasant customer service. Always check your order they don't always make sure the order is correct.

I have never in my life waited over 30 minutes for fast food. If I was able to get out of the drive thru I would have. Please do what ever is possible to speed up this process.

The young lady that served me was not very nice. She just call your number no napkins or a simple thank you with a smile. Not the young lady who took my order. The one who gave me my order. 😟

Wrote this review and my PhD thesis while waiting in the drive thru.... update.... 20 mins later still waiting. If I could leave I would and bring back Chick-fil-A for everyone in line.

I went when it was almost time to close. My food was horrible!! I had the wingz and thingz. My fries was old , I asked for fresh fries, they refried my fries and added a boat load of salt! My BP went sky high and my tenders was dry as hell!! I'm angry and very unsatisfied!! Will be calling in the morning to make a complaint...

Our experience was entirely good. Their chicken is delicious! The restaurant was clean, and I like their decor. They also have exceptionally good iced tea. Great visit in every way.
